Refund Policy

At Altralogue Institute of Professional Learning (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our approach to refunds for courses, products, and services purchased through our website or authorised channels.

 

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Under UK consumer law, digital content (including online courses, toolkits, templates, and downloads) is non-refundable once accessed, unless the content is faulty or not as described.

However, we offer a cooling-off period for eligible purchases as detailed below.

 

2. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

If you purchased an individual course, toolkit, or downloadable product and have not accessed or downloaded any part of it, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund.

Please include your order details and the reason for cancellation.

If you have already accessed any part of the digital content, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the product is faulty or misrepresented.

 

3. Faulty Content or Technical Issues

If any of our products or services:

  • Fail to function as advertised

  • Are significantly different from the description

  • Cannot be reasonably accessed due to technical faults on our side

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will work to resolve the issue promptly or provide a suitable alternative.

 

4. Institutional and Group Licences

For schools, organisations, or institutions purchasing multi-user licences:

  • Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase and no users have accessed the content

  • Partial refunds are not available once enrolment has begun

  • Custom access arrangements and licence terms are governed by the agreed service contract

5. Events, Webinars and Live Sessions

For live sessions or webinars:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the event may be refunded in full

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund

  • If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule

 

6. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If you have subscribed to a recurring service (e.g. CPD updates or content libraries):

  • You may cancel future payments at any time

  • Refunds are not provided for payments already processed unless a fault has occurred

  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle

 

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@altralogue.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or email used at checkout

  • Details of the issue and date of purchase

  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information

We aim to respond within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 10 working days via the original payment method.

 

8. Discretionary Refunds

We may offer discretionary refunds or course credit in exceptional circumstances. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

 

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website.
